Tehreek-e-Labeek March, bodies found in fields identified


Gujranwala (94 news) A constable on duty during the march of the banned Tehreek-e-Labaik Pakistan in Gujranwala was killed in the worst violence. The body was found in the fields without uniform, today the constable was identified as Adnan.
The police have claimed that the policeman, Constable Adnan Ehsan, was on duty during the sit-in of Tehreek-e-Labaik in Wazirabad, due to the violence of the workers of the banned organization. The activists of the banned organization abducted the policeman and allegedly tortured him to death, throwing the dead body in the fields near Dera Gujran.
A case has been registered at Sadar Wazirabad police station and the body has been shifted to THQ Wazirabad for post-mortem. SSP Invest Syed Ali was ordered to investigate the matter and submit a report. Further legal action will be taken in the light of the report.
According to Constable Adnan's brother, his 2 Not being able to contact my brother since days, we contacted the police, after which we will start searching for him, his dead body was found in the fields of Wazirabad yesterday.
