Faisalabad(94 News City Reporter) Pakistan People's Party Divisional Deputy Information Secretary Faisalabad Talha Saleem Advocate has said in his message on the occasion of Pakistan Defense and Martyrs Day. 6 September is a bright chapter in the history of Pakistan which teaches the nation courage, unity, sacrifice and loyalty to the motherland. This day reminds us of the eternal sacrifices of those great martyrs and ghazis who laid down their lives for the defense of the motherland. He said that in 1965, the armed forces of Pakistan stood by the nation's side and thwarted the enemy's ambitions and sent a message to the world that the Pakistani nation is united to protect its freedom, sovereignty and national security. Even today, the martyrs' patriotism is a beacon for us. Talha Saleem Advocate said that the defense of the homeland is not only the name of protecting the borders, but also the protection of the country's constitution, law, democratic values, economic stability and national unity is a national responsibility. Pakistan People's Party has always advocated for democracy, the supremacy of the constitution, the rights of federal units and a strong and stable Pakistan. He said that in the present era, Pakistan is facing internal and external challenges.
