Relief provided to applicants this year through FDA's One Window Counter, DGFDA

Faisalabad(94 News City Reporter) Last via FDA's One Window Counter 9 Relief was provided to a total of 1972 applicants during the month 85 Applications are being processed in various sectors. This was told during the meeting chaired by Director General FDA Muhammad Asif Chaudhry, in which the performance of One Window Counter was reviewed. Director IT Yasir Ejaz Chatta, Directors State Management Junaid Hasan Manj, Sohail Maqsood Pannu, Director Town Planning Asma Mohsin, Deputy Director IT/Incharge One Window and Counter Abdullah Noor and other officers were present in the meeting. 2025 up to 1107 Expedited services were provided to the applicants related to the Estate Management I department while regarding Town Planning I issues 626 Requests are processed. Citizens regarding Town Planning Department 178 Departmental services provided on request. About slum affairs during the same period 61 The departmental processing of the applications was completed. It was further informed that the services provided through the One Window Counter in terms of speedy relief include approval of residential and commercial building plans and commercialization, transfer of properties, ownership clearance certificates, TP reports, building completion certificates and issuance of various NOCs including departmental processing of public complaints against encroachment mafia, encroachments, illegal housing schemes and other types of applications. Expressing satisfaction over the overall performance of the One Window Counter, DGFDA directed to ensure responsible implementation of reforms regarding the use of modern technology to further improve the speed of service delivery. He expressed happiness over the success of real-time issuance of ownership certificate and e-challan system and asked to advance digital technology initiatives to give applicants access to service houses through online system. He asked the officers-in-charge of all departments to keep a close watch on the performance of the subordinate staff and daily check the departmental action on citizens' applications so that no application/file is left pending unjustifiably.
