Vasa defaulters should be ready, crackdown decision, cases will also be registered, MD Vasa Amir Aziz

Faisalabad(94 news) Managing Director Wasa Aamir Aziz has issued an order to crack down on defaulting customers across the city, under which teams of revenue directorates will also take legal action along with disconnecting the connections of defaulting customers. It has been directed and clarified that sewerage and water supply connections of delinquent consumers should be disconnected for non-payment of monthly bills and strict legal action should be taken against any delinquent consumer if he resists. MD Wasa said that majority of consumers in different areas do not submit their monthly bills due to which the field staff of Wasa face difficulties in redressal of grievances in the concerned area, on which action has been directed against the defaulting consumers. He also appealed to the consumers to ensure timely payment of dues and monthly bills so that Wasa Faisalabad can provide them with better quality of water supply and drainage services.
