A big relief to the court, Sher Afzal Marwat was stopped from being arrested without permission

Islam Abad (94 news) Islamabad High Court restrained PTI leader Sher Afzal Marwat from arrest without permission in any case.

Justice Suman Rafat Imtiaz of Islamabad High Court issued a written order on the request of Shira Fazl Marwat, in which the court has stopped Sher Afzal Marwat from being arrested in any case without permission. The court has issued notices to the Interior Secretary, IG Islamabad, IG Punjab and FIA while asking the details of the cases against Sher Afzal Marwat.

According to the court order, according to the petitioner, Sher Afzal Marwat is afraid of being arrested in a secret case, he should not be arrested in any case without the permission of the court.

It should be noted that Shirafazl Marwat filed the application through lawyers Adil Aziz Qazi and State Ali Azad.
