Petition to prevent PTI founder from being handed over to army custody set for hearing

Islam Abad (94 news) The Islamabad High Court has scheduled the hearing of the petition to prevent possible military detention of PTI founder Imran Khan.

According to the details, the Registrar Office of Islamabad High Court has fixed the application with objections for hearing, which will be heard by Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb tomorrow. It should be noted that the founder of PTI had filed an application in the Islamabad High Court expressing the fear of a military court.
