Gazette notification of defamation law issued

Lahore (94 news) Punjab Government has issued gazette notification of defamation law. Before trial under defamation law 30 A notice of damages up to Rs.1 lakh can be sent. Acting Governor Punjab Malik Ahmad Khan signed the bill a few days ago. The defamation law will come into force immediately in Punjab after the gazette notification.
