Islam Abad (94 news) Supreme Court former President Pervez Musharraf (deceased) Rejecting the death penalty appeal, the special court upheld the sentence and upheld the death sentence decision.

سپریم کورٹ کی جانب سے کہا گیا ہے کہ پرویز مشرف کے ورثاء نے متعدد نوٹسز پر بھی کیس کی پیروی نہیں کی، پرویز مشرف کی اپیل مسترد کی جاتی ہے۔ سپریم کورٹ نے لاہور ہائیکورٹ کا فیصلہ بھی کالعدم قرار دیا۔

سپریم کورٹ کا کہنا ہے کہ لاہور ہائیکورٹ کا خصوصی عدالت کو کالعدم قرار دینے کا فیصلہ قانون کے منافی تھا۔

سپریم کورٹ کی جانب سے بتایا گیا ہے کہ خصوصی عدالت نے پرویز مشرف کو 17 December 2019 Convicted, he appealed to the Supreme Court no 785 Filed.

سماعت کے دوران توفیق آصف کے وکیل حامد خان نے روسٹرم پر آکر کہا کہ پرویز مشرف نے سزا کے خلاف اپیل دائر کر رکھی ہے جو کرمنل اپیل ہے۔

عدالت میں چیف جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ نے کہا کہ اپیل کے ساتھ ممکن ہے آئینی درخواستوں پر بھی آج ہی فیصلہ سنا دیں، پرویز مشرف کے ورثاء کی عدم موجودگی میں تو ان کے وکیل کو نہیں سن سکتے۔

اس پر چیف جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ نے کہا کہ ہم کسی کو چیمبر میں نہیں بلاتے۔

سماعت کے دوران جسٹس اطہر من اللّٰہ نے کہا کہ آرٹیکل 12 Court doors are open against all those involved with Musharraf.
