Briefing the Chairperson to the Deputy Commissioner of the Board of Education regarding the arrangements for the Matriculation Examinations

Faisalabad(94 news) Deputy Commissioner Ali Shahzad was met by Chairperson Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Professor Dr. Tayyaba Shaheen and briefed on the ongoing matriculation examinations and the arrangements made at the examination centers.

چیئرپرسن نے بتایاکہ امتحانی عمل کو منظم اور شفاف رکھنے کے لئے تمام تر دستیاب وسائل بروئے کار لائے جارہے ہیں۔انہوں نے ضلع میں حساس امتحانی مراکز کی تفصیلات سے آگاہ کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ سنٹرز کی مانیٹرنگ کے لئے ضلعی انتظامیہ کی معاونت ناگزیر ہے۔ انہوں نے بتایا کہ ضلعی پولیس کی طرف سے سیکورٹی فراہم کی گئی ہے جبکہ بورڈ کے ملازمین کی خدمات بھی حاصل کی جارہی ہیں۔چیئرپرسن نے عزم کو دہراتے ہوئے کہا کہ میٹرک امتحانات کے پرسکون ماحول میں انعقاد کو یقینی بنایا جائے گا۔ انہوں نے انتظامات ومانیٹرنگ میں معاونت کے سلسلے میں ڈپٹی کمشنر کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔

The Deputy Commissioner said that under the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, an integrated strategy has been adopted for the foolproof security of the examination centers in connection with the transparent and peaceful conduct of the examinations of the Intermediate and Secondary Education. All the resources should be utilized and hardworking, honest and non-controversial examination staff should be appointed. He directed the Assistant Commissioners to keep a vigil on the administrative and security issues by making continuous visits to the sensitive and other centers in their respective tehsils and submit the report to them on a daily basis. He said that the Additional Deputy Commissioner General is the focal person regarding the arrangements, so the board officers can contact them in case of any administrative issues and problems.
