Faisalabad (94 news) Director General Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) محمد آصف چوہدری نے ہدایت کی ہے کہ ادارے سے متعلق زیرِ سماعت مقدمات میں عدالتوں کے احکامات کی ذمہ داری اور دیانتداری سے پیروی کی جائے اور ہر مقدمے میں ایف ڈی اے کا واضح، مؤثر اور قانون کے مطابق موقف پیش کریں اس سلسلے میں عدالتی کارروائی کے دوران متعلقہ قانونی نکات، قواعد و ضوابط اور سرکاری پالیسی کو ہر صورت مدنظر رکھا جائے تاکہ ادارے کے مفادات کا مؤثر انداز میں تحفظ یقینی بنایا جا سکے۔
He issued these instructions while hearing the stand of a party regarding the implementation of a court order in a case. Director Town Planning Asma Mohsin, Legal Consultant Rana Salim and other relevant officers were also present on this occasion. Director General FDA while reviewing the laws, regulations and policies related to town planning said that it is the responsibility of the organization to provide timely relief to the citizens within the legal framework. No applicant should face unnecessary delay or unjustified legal hurdle, while in case of any legal complication, appropriate resolution of the problem should be sought at the administrative and legal level before approaching the court. He said that transparency in government affairs, enforcement of law and provision of departmental services in a public-friendly manner is the motto of FDA, so all officers should perform their professional responsibilities according to the law and merit, justice and transparency should be prioritized in every case. He directed to make the inter-departmental communication more effective so that along with the timely and effective defense of the cases, the legitimate problems of the citizens can also be solved immediately. Reiterating his commitment, he said that through reforms, a command and control system is being implemented in the FDA through which citizens can be provided with maximum convenience, speedy services and timely relief as per legal requirements.
