WASA officers and employees came on bicycles

Lahore (94 news) In order to remedy smog in Lahore, WASA authorities are continuing awareness campaign, WASA officers and employees reached their office on bicycles today.

A week day has been set aside for this purpose, the use of vehicles has been restricted on this day to improve the environment.

It should be noted that in view of the smog situation, Vasa officers and employees have been coming to office on bicycles one day a week for several weeks.

In view of smog, WASA department has declared Saturday as car-free and in this regard a statement has also been issued by WASA.

In a statement issued by the WASA department, it has been said that the WASA employees will come to the office on Saturday by private transport or by bicycle.

Due to this effort of WASA officers and employees, there are possibilities of positive effects not only on the environment but also on their health.
