Nawaz Sharif's speeches banned from airing on TV channels


Islam Abad (94 news) PEMRA has ordered the TV channels not to broadcast Nawaz Sharif's speech or statement on TV. According to the PEMRA notification, the speech or statement of any accused will not be broadcast till the hearing of the pending cases.
According to media reports, in the notification issued by Pemra, instructions have been issued to the TV channels that Nawaz Sharif is an advertising criminal, the court has issued his warrant.
Any speech or statement of the former prime minister should not be broadcast until the decision of his case comes. In the PEMRA notification, it has been said that criminals who have been declared absconders by the judiciary should not be broadcast on TV. It should be noted that the Federal Ministers All Parties Conference (APC ) I have opposed the broadcast of Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif's speech.
Prime Minister Imran Khan's special assistant Nadeem Afzal Chan had said in a private TV interview that the government should ban broadcasting of Nawaz Sharif's statements. It should be noted that Nawaz Sharif was given permission to speak in APC on the orders of Prime Minister Imran Khan. On the demand of the ministers, Imran Khan had said that not broadcasting someone's speech is against the freedom of expression.
So we cannot stop anyone from speaking. Prime Minister Imran Khan said after Nawaz Sharif's speech in APC that Nawaz Sharif exposed himself with his speech. It should be remembered that Nawaz Sharif, who is in London, has insulted institutions in his speeches, while yesterday he also revealed a national secret regarding Pakistan's missile program. In all this situation, PEMRA has now banned media coverage of all advertising criminals including Nawaz Sharif.
