In which Silen informed the RPO Faisalabad about his complaints regarding various issues. The RPO carefully listened to the complaints of all the citizens who appeared and on the spot issued orders to the concerned officers to redress their complaints and take action on their merits.

RPO Rifat Mukhtar Raja said that the doors of the RPO office are open to all citizens. Cases will be investigated on merit in any case and no pressure will be accepted in this regard. Delivery of justice will be ensured in all cases. Police officers and corrupt elements who exceed their powers do not deserve any concession. Strict departmental action will be taken against them. He said that under the community policing policy, the complaints of the people are being resolved directly at their doorsteps. A free society can be established.
