World renowned Pakistani boxer passed away
Karachi (94 news) World famous Pakistani boxer Usmanullah Khan passed away in Canada. He won gold, silver and bronze medals in many international boxing competitions and raised the flag of Pakistan around the world by winning.
29Born in September 1974 in Faisalabad, Pakistani boxing hero Usmanullah Khan was suffering from brain cancer for the past several months and left his home in Faisalabad in despair for government aid and assistance. He raised the flag of Pakistan around the world by winning gold, silver and bronze medals in many international boxing competitions including Asian Championship, Asian Games and Safe Games.
The former WAPDA boxer also showed his talent as a boxing coach in the UAE and Canada, but was bedridden after being diagnosed with brain cancer. However, he died of the disease yesterday in Canada.
