Kent boards were barred from selling private schools

Lahore(94 news) The Supreme Court of Pakistan restrained Kent Boards from selling private schools.

According to the details, the Supreme Court of Pakistan, while hearing the petitions against the eviction of private schools from the cantonment areas, stopped the cant boarder from sealing the private schools. The hearing of the case was headed by Justice Ijaz Ul Ahsan 3 Member Bench did.
The Supreme Court issued notices to the Cantonment Boards across the country and sought their response. A lawyer for private schools argued in court that in Kent boards 8 thousand 3 Hundreds of private schools and more 37 Lakhs of children are in education, while schools are being sealed. Where will the children go?

The Supreme Court gave the decision without hearing the private schools. Parents' lawyer Hamid Khan said that the original case was a strict order was issued without hearing the position of the school on a residential plot. The Supreme Court adjourned the hearing indefinitely.
