According to the proposed draft, after the reference is filed, the court will be able to issue the arrest warrant of the accused, the accountability court will also be able to ask for bail bond from the accused to ensure attendance

According to the draft of NAB's new amendment ordinance, evidence of financial benefits will be mandatory for action against public officials, a dependent for expenses will be considered dependent.

NAB will not be able to file a supplementary reference against any accused whereas the corruption accused will be able to take a lawyer along with him during investigation.

NAB will not be able to process any anonymous complaint while the trial of the elected representatives will also be held in the same province where they will win the election.
