The closure of schools until September was rejected by the Private Schools Federation

Kashif Mirza has rejected the decision to close schools till August and also announced a peaceful protest for legitimate demands across the country.
Kashif Mirza says that the action plan will be decided through consultation. Schools should also be opened under SOPs like other sectors.
It is to be noted that the inter-provincial education ministers' conference today agreed to open educational institutions in the first week of September with strict SOPs, the decisions of the conference will be reviewed by the National Command and Control Center tomorrow morning.
Federal Minister of Education Shafqat Mehmood chaired inter-provincial education ministers conference, chairman HEC participated in the meeting through video link, education ministers of four provinces, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan also participated in the meeting.
Sources say that in the inter-provincial education ministers' conference, it has been agreed to open the educational institutions in the first week of September with strict SOPs. The National Command and Control Center will review the decisions of the conference tomorrow morning.
