Faisalabad (94 News City Reporter) WASA Faisalabad has decided to upgrade modern and standard pumping machinery at the disposal stations under which the Japanese company gave a detailed briefing to the WASA officers about the efficiency of the pumping machinery and the cost of electricity. In this regard, a meeting of Japanese company representatives and WASA officers was held under the chairmanship of MD Vasa Saqib Raza, in which the representatives of the Japanese company gave a detailed briefing on various issues including the efficiency of modern and standard pumping machinery. He suggested the Japanese company to install pumping machinery at a couple of disposal stations as a pilot project and after careful observation of its performance, if the desired results come out, then the pumping machinery of other disposal stations will also be upgraded. The Japanese company responded positively to his proposal and assured that the installation of pumping machinery at a couple of disposal stations as a pilot project would be started soon.
