Prominent social activist Parveen Rahman murder case accused's sentences nullified
Karachi (94 news) The appeals against the sentences of the accused in the murder case of prominent social worker Parveen Rehman were accepted.
The Sindh High Court annulled the sentences awarded in the Parveen Rehman murder case.
The Sindh High Court said that the accused in the Parveen Rehman murder case should be released if they are not wanted in other cases. Among the accused are Rahim Swati, Amjad Hussain, Ayaz Swati and Ahmed Hussain.
It should be noted that the Anti-Terrorism Court on December 2021 I sentenced the accused to life imprisonment 2 times.
