Muharram al -Haram reminds us of patience and greatness of truth and falsehood: Central Interfaith Peace Committee organized by Pakistan ”Secure message” The seminar is organized

Faisalabad(94 News Mian Hamza Nadeem)Muharram al-Haram is the first month of the Islamic calendar, which in the history of Islam not only reminds us of grief and sorrow, patience and steadfastness and the great battle of right and wrong, but the sacredness of this month also reminds us of the message of peace, reconciliation, tolerance and brotherhood. In a multi-religious and multi-religious society like Pakistan, it is the joint responsibility of the state, institutions, religious leadership, civil society and people to maintain peace and order during this month.
The expression of these views was held under the auspices of the Central Inter-Religious Peace Committee of Pakistan ”Addressing the peace seminar, Patron-in-Chief Central Inter-Religious Peace Committee Pakistan Syed Ziaullah Shah Bukhari, Chairman Central Inter-Religious Peace Committee Pakistan Sahibzada Pir Qari Abdul Rehman Qadri, Pir Faiz Rasool Haider Rizvi, SP Lyleport Town Ranan Asarjaveed.’ Maulana Zahid Mahmood Qasmi, Ahsan Tarr, Mufti Yunus, Sadar Hafiz Shahdashraf, Senior Chairman Allama Sikandar Hayat Zaki, Secretary General Sahibzada Tahir Mahmud Sialvi, Vice Chairman Agha Gholam Jafar Raza Alvi, Organizer Professor Abdul Samad Muaz, Chief Coordinator Qari Muhammad Arif Sialvi, Vice Chairman Hafiz Khabib Hameed, Pastor Imran Liaquat Jamal, Sardar Hira Singh, Javed Akbar Hashmi, Chaudhry Arshad Javed, Khalid Mahmood Azam Abadi and others added that measures such as foolproof security arrangements by Punjab Interior Department in relation to Muharram, establishment of modern e-portal, preparation of emergency plan at the district level, identification of sensitive places, temporary shutdown of mobile signals, action against illegal use of loud speakers, restriction of fixed limits of processions and complete monitoring of congregations are commendable, far-sighted and The most important need of the hour. The establishment of modern e-portal is indeed a revolutionary step which has not only facilitated situational monitoring at the central level but also paved the way for effective coordination, information dissemination and rapid risk analysis at the district level. If this system is integrated with complete transparency, timely updates and intelligence reporting, any potential communal spark can be prevented from igniting in a country with a sensitive social fabric like Pakistan. Punjab Sand System Regulation Act 2015 Measures such as re-enforcement, crackdown on unauthorized use of loudspeakers, and ban on certain religious slogans or inflammatory language are key to social peace. This policy recognizes the fact that religious freedom as well as respect for the sentiments of others is a fundamental principle of an Islamic and democratic society. The Central Interfaith Peace Committee of Pakistan has always maintained that state measures against sectarianism, religious hatred and linguistic prejudice in the country will be effective only when all classes consider their implementation as their national responsibility. In this regard, the committee has decided to take the following practical steps for the promotion of inter-faith and inter-religious harmony during Muharram-e-Haram this year as in the past.:Liaison and consultation with scholars and elders of all schools of thought, collaboration with district peace committees at the local level, message of unity and unity in congregations, processions and sermons, discouraging hateful content on social media, involving youth in positive activities, and close cooperation with law enforcement agencies. It is gratifying that the government has instructed to create a security plan for Muharram programs without discrimination of school of thought. This thought is a reflection of national unity, but public cooperation is indispensable to turn this thought into reality. If the people follow the law, avoid provocation, report suspicious activities in time, and the religious leadership shows patience and tolerance, not only Muharram but the whole year can be a year of peace and tranquility. We pledge to use all our resources to promote peace and order, unity of the Ummah, tolerance and religious harmony this year as in the past.
