Faisalabad Journalist Colony once again resonated in the Punjab Assembly, Mian Tahir Jameel became the voice of journalists

Faisalabad (94 News City Reporter) Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz MPA Mian Tahir Jameel became the voice of journalists in the Punjab Assembly. He presented a motion in the assembly for the establishment of a journalist colony in Faisalabad. He said that the journalists of Faisalabad have been struggling for their roof for a long time, but they have not been provided this facility. In the past, there were announcements of a journalist colony during the periods of Chief Minister Punjab Shehbaz Sharif and Pervaiz Elahi, but they could not be implemented. In the same sequence, the former Caretaker Chief Minister of Punjab Mohsin Naqvi announced the Muskan Ravi residential project for media persons, under which many journalists from Faisalabad applied and several journalists were selected by lottery, however, they have not been informed about the progress of the project or the method of installments, while later limiting the project to Lahore only is unfair to the journalists of Faisalabad.
