The FDA seize the challan from the Special Judicial Magistrate for those who refrain from the encroachment.

Faisalabad (94 News City Reporter) On the instructions of Director General FDA Muhammad Asif Chaudhry, anti-encroachment teams of FDA are actively working against permanent and temporary encroachments in residential colonies and commercial markets under the control of FDA. 13 Challans against the shopkeepers were sent to the court of the Special Judicial Magistrate and the equipment used in the encroachment was seized. The anti-encroachment operation under the supervision of Director State Management Junaid Hasan Manj is going on on a daily basis for which the anti-encroachment teams formed under the leadership of State Officer Anib Aslam Randhawa are active in the field. Enforcement Inspector Aslam Ansari conducted an inspection on Nadwala Road in Madanpura and found that some shopkeepers were occupying streets, public passages and government places by keeping business goods. 13 The challan against the shopkeepers has been sent to the Special Judicial Magistrate and despite the summons being issued, arrest warrants will be issued against the shopkeepers who do not appear in the court and will be enforced by the police of the concerned station who will face heavy fines. The FDA administration has warned that the shopkeepers should stay within their property limits and avoid establishing permanent and temporary encroachments, otherwise the illegal constructions will be demolished and the goods confiscated, while the violators will face heavy fines.
