No public complaint should remain pending, Qaiser Abbas Rand

Faisalabad(94 news) Acting Director General FDA Qaiser Abbas Rind has ordered that no public complaint received from any forum should remain pending, in this regard One Window Counter, Chief Minister Punjab Complaint Cell, Pakistan Citizen Portal, Divisional and District Administration, other sources or directly, taking immediate notice of the public complaint received, give priority to its speedy and satisfactory redressal, while if the public complaint is not related to FDA, send a response at the next moment. He issued this order during a meeting reviewing the details of public grievances and the status of their redressal. Director IT Yasir Ejaz Chatha, Director State Management Sohail Maqsood Pannu, Deputy Director State Management Adnan Shehzad, Deputy Director IT Usman Ramey, Deputy Director Town Planning Iqra Murtaza and other officers were present in the meeting. Acting Director General FDA while reviewing the details of public complaints said that the services of FDA “Complaint free” بنانے کے لئے جدید اصلاحات کے فوائد درخواست گزاروں تک پہنچانے میں کوئی کسر اٹھا نہ رکھی جائے اس سلسلے میں تمام شعبے مستعد انداز میں فرائض انجام دیں۔ انہوں نے خبردار کیا کہ کسی بھی پبلک کمپلینٹ کو نمٹانے کے حوالے سے اگر یادھانی کے خطوط موصول ہوئے تو متعلقہ شعبوں کے افسران کو جواب دہ ہونا پڑے گا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ایف ڈی اے کے دائرہ اختیار میں آنے والے عوامی مسائل کے حل میں تاخیر نہیں ہونی چاہیئے جبکہ غیر متعلقہ شکایات متعلقہ فورم کے سپرد کریں۔ قائمقام ڈی جی ایف ڈی اے نے شعبہ جاتی انچارج افسران کو تاکید کہا کہ وہ عوامی شکایات کے فی الفور ازالہ کو یقینی بنانے کے لئے سٹاف کی کارگردگی کی کڑی مانیٹرنگ جاری رکھیں اور عدم توجہی یا فرائض میں غفلت برتنے والے سٹاف کے خلاف تادیبی کارروائی عمل میں لائی جائے۔
