Faisalabad(94 News City Reporter) general director (Research) Livestock and Dairy Development Punjab Dr Sajjad Hussain made a surprise visit to Faisalabad Division. He attended a workshop held at the Faculty of Veterinary Sciences of Agricultural University Faisalabad, which was the subject. ”Identify evidence -based interference to reduce anti -microbial resistance in poultry sector in Pakistan”In the meantime, he took a briefing on the performance of the Livestock Department. Director Livestock Dr. Syed Nadeem Badar, Additional Woodpati Director Livestock and other officers of the division also attended the workshop. Director General Research Livestock visited the Civil Veterinary Hospital in Tehsil and District, Faisalabad, along with Director Livestock and inspected various departments of the institute, including CVH Faisalabad, Pate Care Center and Divisional Disease Diagnostic Laboratory. The Director General Research also met various farmers who came to the Civil Veterinary Hospital and recorded their opinions which were found to be satisfactory and positive. In addition, Director General Research also inspected various departments of the Divisional Disease Diagnostic Laboratory. On the occasion, Dico Dr. Rubina Anjum gave a briefing on the performance of the laboratory. DG appreciated the performance of the livestock team and directed the field staff to work hard and hard to improve the livestock sector as the government is providing effective veterinary facilities to the farmers of Punjab.
