Faisalabad(94 news)Deputy Chief Officer Municipal Corporation/Price Control Magistrate Azmat Firdous fined 40,000 on the spot to the shopkeepers for overcharging the fixed price of chicken. He said that the chicken vendors will have to go to jail if they charge excessive price again. They checked the price and weight of chicken at the shops in different areas and took action on charging excessive price.
