Islam Abad(94 news) The Islamabad High Court summoned the Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Education in a personal capacity in the case of determination of fees in accordance with the decision of the Supreme Court in the private schools of Islamabad and adjourned the hearing till February 13.

According to the details, a hearing was held in the Islamabad High Court regarding the determination of fees in private schools in Islamabad as per the decision of the Supreme Court. The bench headed by Justice Amir Farooq conducted the hearing.

The lawyer of the Private Schools Association said that it would be better if the Ministry of Education is called in this case. Justice Amir Farooq said that the process of the rules is ongoing, otherwise the case will be decided on merit. The court also summoned the Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Education and adjourned the hearing till February 13.
