Minar Pakistan incident, another accused granted interim bail

Lahore (94 news) The session court granted interim bail to another accused involved in the case of handcuffing a tik tok woman in Minar Pakistan Iqbal Park.

According to the details, in the writ session, a hearing was held on the interim bail application of the accused named Asif involved in the case of raping a woman in Minar Pakistan Iqbal Park. Advocate Farhad Ali Shah appeared in the court on behalf of the accused Asif and said that the accused wants to be involved in the investigation but is afraid that the police will arrest him, so it is requested that an order be given to stop the arrest of the accused.

Accepting the plea, the court stopped the police from arresting the accused till the next hearing and also asked the police for the record of the case on September 4.

On the other hand, the Lahore court on behalf of Ayesha Akram, a female tic-taker, in the case of handcuffing in the Greater Iqbal Park of Minar Pakistan. 104 A date has been set to identify the accused.

Arrested 104 Identification of the accused for parade 28 August date has been fixed, the Jail Superintendent has been ordered to complete the arrangements for the identification parade of the accused.
