Order to immediately cover the missing manholes of Vasa

Faisalabad(94 news) Managing Director WASA Aamir Aziz has issued an order to immediately cover the missing manholes for which operations officers and staff have been directed to submit reports on a daily basis. MD WASA has ordered immediate covering of missing, stolen or broken WASA manholes on main roads of the city. In this regard, all the officers and staff have been instructed to check the main roads and intersections of their respective subdivisions and where the manhole covers are found to be missing, cover them immediately. He clarified that the citizens should also register their complaints on the free helpline 1334 if the manholes of Vasa are not covered at any place so that the manholes can be covered at that place. MD Vasa further said that operations officers and staff have been given clear instructions that after receiving complaints of missing manholes at any place. 6 Missing manholes must be covered within hours. He further said that an awareness campaign is also being conducted on the official social media pages of WASA regarding the registration of manholes missing complaints so that more and more missing manholes can be covered.
