The meeting of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir expressed satisfaction over the mediation efforts to end the tension in the region.

Islam Abad (94 news) Expressing satisfaction over the mediation efforts of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir to end the tension in the region, reviewed the measures and praised the parties for showing restraint.

In a statement issued by the Prime Minister's Office, it was stated that Field Marshal Asim Munir met with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif at the Prime Minister's House, in which he expressed satisfaction over the peace efforts in the region.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal urged all the parties to maintain the ceasefire and peace. They appreciated the restraint shown by all the parties. On this occasion, the commitment was reiterated that Pakistan will continue to provide all possible facilities and full support for the solution through peaceful and mutual dialogue between the parties.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif appreciated the commitment of the parties involved in the process and expressed good wishes for their efforts to achieve peace and both leaders also renewed their invitation to the delegations coming to Pakistan and assured them of all possible facilities and full cooperation.
