Faisalabad (94 News City Reporter) According to the vision of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz and under the patronage of Provincial Minister Livestock Syed Ashiq Hussain Kirmani, the Department of Livestock and Dairy Development Punjab is cracking down on fake cement distributors mafia in Faisalabad division as well as across Punjab. (L&DD) Under the Livestock Breeding Act, 2014, strict action has been taken against the sale and distribution of substandard, substandard and unregistered semen, under which 7 FIRs have been registered across the division in the last two days against unregistered AI technicians and attais belonging to Jhang. (3), Faisalabad (2) Toba Tek Singh(1) And Chinyut (1)In this regard, Director Livestock Dr. Syed Nadeem Badr says that the use of poor and illegal semen is affecting both animal health and inbreeding, which is not only harmful to farmers but also a major challenge for the improvement of the livestock sector. The department will not tolerate any substandard or illegal breeding activities and these activities are indispensable for animal health, farmers' interest and development of high breed cattle. The Livestock Department has appealed to the public and farmers to hire only registered AI technicians and verify the source of semen so that the government's efforts to improve livestock breeding can be successful.
