Islam Abad (94 news) The process of forming the parliamentary committee for the appointment of the Chief Justice has started, the speaker of the National Assembly has asked the names of the committee members from the parliamentary leaders.

For the committee as per details 8 Members of the National Assembly and 4 members are to be taken from the Senate, from the Ministry of Law as soon as the committee is formed 3 سینئر ترین ججز کا پینل طلب کیا جائےگا، کمیٹی ججز کے 3رکنی پینل میں سےنئے چیف جسٹس کا انتخاب کرے گی۔ خصوصی پارلیمانی کمیٹی چیف جسٹس پاکستان کا نام وزیراعظم کوارسال کرے گی، وزیراعظم چیف جسٹس پاکستان کے تقرر کی ایڈوائس صدر کو بھجوائیں گے۔
