High finished the job of a judge while the three demoted

Peshawar (94 news) High Court have alleged abuse of power discharged from employment for senior civil judge.

According to details, the High Court has dismissed the senior civil judge for alleged misuse of powers. Apart from this, three more District and Sessions Judges have been demoted while the pension of the retired judges has also been stopped. According to separate announcements issued by the Registrar of Peshawar High Court, action has been taken against the convicted judges in the light of the recommendations of the inquiry committee. Complaints were received against these judges regarding the alleged abuse of power. The inquiry committees submitted their recommendations after examining all the evidence and position. According to the statement, Senior Civil Judge Asghar Ali Salarzai has been dismissed after the allegations against him were proved.
