Complaints of WASA's Bills Regular Submitting will be resolved immediately, MD Wasa Amir Aziz, Shoaib Rasheed

Faisalabad(94 News City Reporter) Managing Director WASA Aamir Aziz has directed to promote linkages with operations directorates to further increase revenue recovery while also clarifying that complaints of customers who submit monthly bills regularly should be addressed on priority basis. An important meeting of revenue directorates was held which was presided over by Deputy Managing Director Admin Shoaib Rashid while on this occasion Director Admin Javed Ghani, Director Finance Shehryar Hassan, Director I&C Arif Siriani, Directors Revenue Muhammad Iqbal Malik, Umar Iftikhar, Deputy Directors Farhan Ali, Zafar Iqbal Qadri, Hafiz Moin Ahmed, Shahid Pasha, Parvez Iqbal Chadhar, Assistant Directors Mian Abdul Wahab Idrisi, Mian Nasir and others were also present. During the meeting DMD Admin Shoaib Rashid during the month of January 36 Appreciated the performance of the revenue officers and staff for recovering crores of rupees and urged them to continue the revenue recovery during the month of February also by working with diligence and zeal. Managing Director Vasa said that the increase in revenue recovery is stabilizing the financial position of the department, but special efforts will have to be made to increase it further. He further said that such consumers who are submitting their monthly bills regularly will be included in a special category and prompt redressal of sewerage and water supply complaints registered on their behalf. MD WASA clarified that immediate provision of quality drainage facilities is essential to increase revenue recovery, for which the Revenue and Operations Directorates should further promote inter-communication so that users can get quick response for delivery of services and further increase in WASA revenue is possible. During the meeting, Deputy Managing Director Shoaib Rasheed announced that the revenue officers and staff who are performing best will be awarded with certificates of appreciation.
