How can epilepsy be treated in children? Watch the interview of Dr. Iram Javed Neurologist Children's Hospital

Faisalabad (94 news) On the occasion of World Epilepsy Day, an awareness walk was organized at Children's Hospital Faisalabad under the aegis of Department of Neurology, led by Dr. Abdul Razzaq Mughal. (Dean), done by Dr. Iram Javed, a renowned neurologist.

Apart from other doctors, paramedical staff, civil society representatives and recovering patients also participated in the walk. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Mughal said that the purpose of the walk is to create awareness among people that epilepsy is a curable disease, it should not be worsened by drugs or home remedies, the patient can recover only with timely diagnosis and treatment.

Dr. Iram Javed said that epilepsy children are treated free of cost in the Children's Hospital and hundreds of patients have been cured. It is not a disease, he further said that most of the people used to go to poor people and waste time due to which the disease may worsen, the patient should consult a qualified doctor in time. So that it can be treated.
