FDA action, elimination of encroachments, plot sale on illegal construction

Faisalabad(94 news) Under the direction of Director General FDA Muhammad Sohail Khawaja, the enforcement team of FDA cleared encroachments in various areas during the operation and sealed the plot for illegal construction. According to the details, the enforcement team of FDA under the leadership of State Officer Imtiaz Ali Gurayah checked the encroachment situation in Arshad Market Jhang Bazar after the expiry of the deadline and found that some shopkeepers were illegally occupying the public passageways and government space. During the second operation, FDA's enforcement team also cleared encroachments from some markets of Allama Iqbal Colony, while residential plot number 467-F was sealed for illegal commercial construction and the owner of the plot was directed to obtain formal approval for commercialization by adopting legal procedures and to pay the stipulated dues immediately, otherwise the construction work will not be allowed to continue.
