FDA's intensive operation against illegal constructions continues


Faisalabad(94 news) Under the direction of Director General FDA Muhammad Asif Chaudhry, a vigorous operation is underway against illegal constructions in residential colonies and commercial markets under the control of FDA. In this regard, FDA's enforcement team conducted operations in various residential colonies and stopped the construction by sealing four plots for construction without approval of the map and violation of the approved map in the construction process. Challans were sent to the court of Special Judicial Magistrate against the culprits for breaking this law.
According to the details, the enforcement team of FDA under the leadership of State Officer Imtiaz Ali Gurayah checked the ongoing constructions in various colonies and unauthorized constructions were being done on Plot No. 188-F and Plot No. 33-F in Millat Town, while the construction on Plot No. 432 in Gulshan Colony was found to be in violation of the approved map. For violating the laws, the plots were immediately sealed and the construction stopped and the challans against the culprits were presented in the court of the Special Judicial Magistrate for hearing. The owners have been asked to refrain from violating the law and get proper building plan approval before starting construction. Moreover, all constructions should be in accordance with the maps, otherwise further legal action will be taken in case of non-compliance. FDA administration has warned to ensure adherence to building laws and other rules and regulations in the construction of residential and commercial buildings so that constructions of poor, substandard and technical defects are not carried out. can be prevented and any possible damage can be avoided.
