It should be done so that citizens' confidence in the performance of FDA is strengthened. He said that in any department, no application of citizens should be pending without justification, in this regard, speedy departmental duties should be performed with good faith so that the applicant does not have to go around again and again. He emphasized that the applicant should be informed in time if there is any legal flaw, lack of documents or issues contrary to departmental policy in a file. He emphasized on the performance of duties with honesty, hard work and diligence and said that strict disciplinary action will be taken against the official concerned on the legitimate complaint of the citizen. The Director General asked the officers in charge of all departments to strictly monitor the performance of their subordinate staff and review their office work daily so that no file is left pending.
