The FDA has sealed the offices of five illegal housing schemes

Faisalabad(94 news) Under the direction of DG FDA Muhammad Sohail Khawaja, the enforcement team of FDA sealed the offices of five housing schemes being set up without approval, whose developers were issued notices by FDA to obtain formal approval by fulfilling the legal requirements for launching the housing scheme.

According to the details, the enforcement team of FDA under the leadership of State Officer Imtiaz Ali Gurayah checked the legality of the housing schemes to be established in Chak No. 196 Rab. “Kiran Valley”, JM Valley, Royal Palm City and additional population while Paradise Phase I on Sheikhupura Road was found to be unapproved whose offices were immediately sealed.

Developers have been asked by the FDA administration to get proper approval for setting up housing schemes under the departmental terms and conditions otherwise they will not be able to continue the work. Director General FDA has informed that under government incentives for the development of the construction sector, departmental facilities have been created with speedy execution of approval of housing schemes under which applications are being received at the e-service center according to the checklist and other departmental proceedings including issuance of NCO are being completed under one roof so that the approval steps can be set within the stipulated period of 60 days.
