Peshawar(94 news) Peshawar High Court released the Christian youth who spent 8 years in jail without FIR.

According to the details, against Shakeel Masih, who was arrested in 2013 from Khyber Agency 8 No case was registered and no witnesses or evidence was produced during the year. Muslim lawyer who fought the case on behalf of Shakeel Masih and High Court lawyer Saifullah Muhib Ka Khel, who is active for human, social and prisoners' rights in Peshawar, says that decisions in the courts are made on the basis of evidence. Neither an FIR was registered against his client nor the witness of the incident ever appeared in court.

Ka Ka Khel said that some time ago, a man named David Rose, who introduced himself as a journalist, contacted me through social media and requested to become Shakeel Masih's lawyer. After knowing the nature of the case, for the sake of humanity, I accepted the offer to fight the case free of charge.

According to Kakakhel, he requested the court to conduct the case in the light of evidence and witnesses, after which the court arrived at the present findings.
