Raid on a factory manufacturing cooking oil from entrails and entrails

According to the details, a raid was conducted on a factory built in Kot Abdul Malik under the leadership of Director General of Punjab Food Authority in Kot Abdul Malik area of ​​Lahore where cooking oil was being made by melting fat and entrails. Animal fat was melted to make cooking oil, gallons filled with acid to melt fat, entrails and skins were also found, while pans filled with animal fat and entrails were also found.

This unsanitary factory was built under the open sky near a dirty drain. As soon as the Punjab Food Authority team raided the factory owner and employees, they were shocked.

According to DG Food Authority, cooking oil was being made in this factory for a long time, but they did not explain why they took action after so long or why they could not know about it for so long.
