District Overseas Committee meeting, Deputy Commissioner and Chairman issued orders to resolve issues related to various departments.

Faisalabad(94news) District Overseas Committee meeting was held in DC office in which Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Ali and Chairman Mirza Muhammad Asghar heard the problems and complaints related to the various departments of immigrants and got the progress report from the departments on the spot and directed to take immediate action in the cases and report them.

Additional Deputy Commissioner Headquarters Muhammad Khalid, General Assistant Revenue Muhammad Sarmad, Member Committee Muhammad Talha, besides the officers of Health, FDA, Prosecution, Punjab Police and other related departments were also present. During the meeting, land seizures, inheritance distribution of properties, money transactions, fraud on fake documents, encroachments, foreign visa fraud and other issues were discussed. 13 After listening to the position of Overseas Pakistanis on the applications, 6 applications were disposed of in the light of reports and departmental progress, while the rest of the applicants did not appear, and the matter was postponed until the next meeting. For immediate redressal of complaints of Overseas Pakistanis related to seizure and distribution, check and submit reports as per revenue records so that further legal steps can be taken for their resolution. He said that the Punjab government has issued clear instructions to solve the problems of overseas Pakistanis at a fast pace, so the petitioners should be satisfied with the departmental progress. The Deputy Commissioner told the overseas Pakistanis and their representatives that the district administration is taking serious steps to solve the problems faced by them and the relevant departments have been mobilized to deal with the cases on merit.
