Deputy Commissioner Faisalabad Muhammad Nauman Siddique detailed visit to control room of Sathra Punjab Agency

Faisalabad(94 News City Reporter) Deputy Commissioner Faisalabad Muhammad Nauman Siddique visited the control room of Sathra Punjab Agency in detail. On this occasion, MD Sathra Punjab Agency Abid Hussain Bhatti gave him a comprehensive briefing regarding the ongoing sanitation operation, monitoring system and redressal of complaints. He was told that under the Sathra Punjab program, sanitation operations are being continuously monitored through modern technology so that better and timely sanitation facilities can be provided to the citizens. The Deputy Commissioner directed on this occasion that all available resources should be utilized for public convenience and ensure prompt resolution of sanitation related complaints. He stressed on making transparency, improvement and accountability more effective in sanitation arrangements and said that providing a clean environment to the citizens is the first priority of the district administration. He said that significant improvements are being made in the sanitation system through effective monitoring, timely action and integrated strategy. He further informed that field operations are being continuously monitored through the control room to further improve the efficiency of sanitation staff, utilization of machinery and grievance redressal process.
