بل ازیں امیرجماعت کی قیادت میں مہنگائی، کرپشن اور سودی معیشت کے خلاف رحیم یار خان سے ٹرین مارچ کا آغاز ہوا۔ عوام کی بڑی تعداد اور جماعت اسلامی کے ہزاروں کارکنان نے مارچ کے آغاز سے قبل امیر جماعت کا ریلوے سٹیشن پہنچنے پر نعروں کی گونج میں استقبال کیا۔ قومی اور جماعت اسلامی کے پرچم اٹھائے لوگوں کی بڑی تعداد صبح سویرے ہی ریلوے سٹیشن پنڈال میں پہنچ گئی تھی۔ نائب امرا لیاقت بلوچ،ڈاکٹر معراج الہدیٰ، امیر جماعت اسلامی پنجاب جنوبی راؤ ظفر، نیشنل لیبر فیڈریشن کے صدر شمس الرحمن سواتی، ریلوے پریم یونین کے صدر شیخ محمد انور، خیر محمدتونیوسمیت دیگر قیادت بھی ٹرین مارچ کے دوران امیر جماعت کے ہمراہ ہیں۔ ٹرین مارچ کے پہلے روز کا اختتام ملتان میں ہوا جہاں امیر جماعت نے بڑے عوامی جلسہ سے خطاب کیا۔ رحیم یار خان سے ملتان تک سفر میں سراج الحق نے لیاقت پور،خانپور،ڈیرہ نواب،بہاولپور سمہ سٹہ اور شجاع آباد کے ریلوے سٹیشنز پر اپنے استقبال کے لیے آئے ہوئے کارکنان سے بھی خطاب کیا۔ ٹرین مارچ کے شرکا اتوار کو ملتان سے لاہور پہنچیں گے۔ امیر جماعت لاہور ریلوے سٹیشن پر عوامی اجتماع سے خطاب بھی کریں گے۔
