Nawaz Sharif was sentenced to punishment un-Islamic
Islam Abad (94 news) Chairman Islamic Ideological Council Qibla Ayaz has said that the punishment given to Nawaz Sharif under NAB laws is un-Islamic, handcuffing any accused is illegal.
Speaking in Samanews program, Qibla Ayaz said that it is illegal to handcuff any accused if there is no risk of him running away. On the question regarding the punishment from Nawaz Sharif Konib Court, he said that we cannot talk individually, but if Islamic laws were not followed in these punishments, then these punishments are un-Islamic, and the parameters of Islamic laws were not identified in the punishments.
Qibla Ayaz said that our recommendation is general, it is not only related to NAB rules, all the members of the Islamic Ideological Council agree on this and there is no difference of opinion.
