During the hearing of the application, the government lawyer told the court that the application may be ineffective after the Sindh government's relief ordinance, on which the court inquired from the government lawyer whether the government is giving relief to the factory owners or not.
The public prosecutor told the court that the Sindh government has given relief in house and shop rent, the government has given permission to many factories to work.
On this occasion, the petitioner of Vakil Textile Company said that the job of textile companies is to export, while goods transport is closed, how will we export?
The public prosecutor told the court that the goods transport is open, the work is going on.
The petitioner's lawyer said that when the company's goods are not exported, how will the company earn.
The court directed the petitioners to amend the petition and file it again after the parties took their stand.
