Lockdown failed in Faisalabad, traders flouted government orders, markets opened

Govt can file FIR against children only under the guise of license, piles before traders, urban circles

Faisalabad (94 news) The people of Faisalabad opened the markets by defying the lockdown imposed by the Chief Minister of Punjab, the traders have started business activities flouting the government orders.

According to the details, despite the lockdown imposed in Faisalabad today, the markets are open and normal activities are going on in the business centers. The district administration and the police failed to implement the government orders. The previous 3 Markets across the city were open every day. All the markets of the city, Jhal Khanuana, Ghulam Mohammad Abad, Jali Market Jardanwala Road, Makuana, Cotton Bazaar and other markets are open as usual. Mohammad Ramzan Shahri says that the government is helpless in front of the businessmen. Similarly, there is a lot of anger on the part of the civil society regarding the filing of FIRs against children.

Due to the smog, the government imposed a ban so that the citizens could reduce the traffic and stay at home to protect themselves from diseases. No action was taken against the violation of the lockdown by the police.
