In the press conference, Maulana Mufti Muhammad Tayyab, Member of the Board of Trustees and Ghazan Federation of Al-Madaris Al-Arabiya Pakistan,Maulana Qari Azizur Rehman Rahimi, Assistant Governor of the Punjab Federation of Madrasas, Mian Muhammad Irfan, Amir Jamiat Ulema Islam, Maulana Shahid Muawiya, General Secretary Jamiat Ulema Islam District Faisalabad, Mufti Hamid Siddiq Senior District Naib Amir Jamiat Ulema Islam, Qari Tahir General Secretary ,Mufti Abd al-Shakur Rizvi, Dr. Tahir Mossadegh, Maulana Ulham Awan, Maulana Usman Taqi, Syed Habib Ahmad Shad, and other scholars and religious leaders of different schools of thought participated.

The government should strengthen the process of registration of madrasas in the legal sphere and the relevant bill in this regard should be approved by the provincial assembly. He made it clear that Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam and Federation of Schools will not take the path of violence but the path of peace and negotiation. The participants of the press conference said that the government has given them ten days, if their demands are not accepted, along with other leaders. 20 A large protest rally will be held in November. If an attempt is made to pressure or harass Imams or Madrasahs in the name of aid, Jamiat-e-Ulema-e-Islam will launch a public communication campaign in the entire province and when necessary, a movement will be launched under the leadership of Jamiat leader Hazrat Maulana Fazlur Rahman, Shaykh-ul-Islam Mufti Muhammad Taqi Usmani and Maulana Qari Muhammad Hanif Jalandhri.
