Faisalabad(94 news) Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Ali has asked the district officers of various departments to focus on solving the complaints and problems of the people in their offices and in this regard, listen to the petitioners with a smile and provide them with satisfactory relief. He said this while listening to the problems of the people outside his office under the open door policy.

The Deputy Commissioner issued orders on the requests of the people for immediate redressal of their grievances and directed the concerned officers to provide immediate relief to the people. He heard the complaints of the people about the Department of Finance, Education, Health, WASA, Waste Management Company, PHA and other departments and said that the district administration will spare no effort in providing departmental relief to the people. He said that on the instructions of the Punjab government, open court is held every Friday at the tehsil level to hear the position of the petitioners in the presence of the heads of departments and they are being provided relief to the extent possible, while the complaints of the citizens are also being dealt with under the open door policy. Directed the Magistrates to take strict action against those who overcharge consumers for food and drink and impose heavy fines and jail terms on the profiteers.
