Islam Abad (94 news) Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Accountability Shehzad Akbar has said that the government is satisfied with the decision of the Supreme Court regarding Justice Qazi Faiz Isa and it is a good decision. While holding a press conference with Federal Information Minister Shibli Faraz, Shehzad Akbar said that today was an important day, the decision of the Supreme Court is very important. We all have respect for the court. The government wants the judiciary to be independent in Pakistan.

The Special Assistant said that the Supreme Judicial Council is the only body that can investigate the High Judiciary. Under Article 209, questions related to the judge can be raised in three ways. The first method is that anyone can give information to the Supreme Judicial Council, the second method is that the President can send a reference on behalf of the government. The third way is that the Supreme Judicial Council can take notice of itself.

Shahzad Akbar said that the government can also send a reference to the Supreme Judicial Council. The Supreme Court, in a short judgment, invalidated the presidential reference. The presidential reference is sent in the form of a notification. He said that the reference was challenged by the Supreme Court by Justice Qazi Faiz Isa. The Supreme Judicial Council's show-cause notice was also invalidated by the court.

Shahzad Akbar said that now the Chairman FBR 75 During the day, the Commissioner will submit the income tax report. Notices will be sent to Justice Qazi Faiz Isa's wife and children. Chairman FBR will be bound to sign the report and send it to the Supreme Judicial Council. The report will be sent to the Government directly to the Secretary of the Supreme Judicial Council.

He said that the Supreme Judicial Council will consider this report. The government is satisfied with this decision, it is a good decision. They believe that the cases of judges should be looked into by the Supreme Judicial Court. The Supreme Judicial Council will look into the report.

Special Assistant Shahzad Akbar said that it is not that there is no answer to any question. The purpose of not answering the question is not to get into any controversy. The biggest lawyers of the country were in this case. We wish not to discuss this issue further.

He said that ARU is not mentioned anywhere in the decision. This is not a win for anyone. A detailed decision will guide us. Today, such an environment has been created that someone wins and someone loses. Nowhere in the written judgment has the judiciary used the word malice.

Shahzadakbar said that the dignity of the judiciary is very important for the government. The government wants the judiciary to be independent in Pakistan. For constitutional supremacy, judiciary, legislature and administration must be separate. The Supreme Judicial Council can investigate any case.
