Justice (T)Jawad S. Khawaja's objection to Justice Tariq Masood's presence in the bench in the military courts case

Islam Abad (94 news) Former Chief Justice Jawad S. Khawaja objected to the presence of Justice Sardar Tariq Masood in the bench on appeals against the trial of civilians in military courts.

In the petition filed in the Supreme Court, the position was adopted that Justice Sardar Tariq Masood had given his opinion in the note on the petitions related to military courts, so he should leave the bench. The matter should be referred to the Judges Committee for the constitution of a new bench on the appeal regarding the annulment of the trials of civilians in military courts.
